Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3105 regarding forfeiture of weapons and explosives used in felonies.

Requires courts to order forfeiture and sale of deadly weapons, dangerous instruments, or explosives used in felonies to authorized businesses, unless prohibited under federal or state law, in which case they must be destroyed.

Permits courts to order forfeiture of deadly weapons or dangerous instruments in convictions for specific offenses under sections 13-2904(A)(6) and 13-3102(A)(1) or (8).

Requires forfeiture and disposition of weapons and explosives when a defendant charged with a crime is found incompetent under Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 11, with the same sale or destruction requirements.

Clarifies that weapons can only be sold if not prohibited under federal or state law, removing reference to local law restrictions in certain contexts.
