Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-1325 regarding landlord liability when property is conveyed to a new owner.

Requires the new owner to be liable to the tenant for any property and money to which the tenant is entitled under section 33-1321 (security deposits and related obligations).

Eliminates the requirement that a tenant must receive written notice of the conveyance in order for the new owner to assume liability for the tenant's deposits and money.

Maintains that the original landlord is relieved of liability for events occurring after the conveyance is completed.
