Allows governing boards to offer teaching contracts to certificated teachers for a term of employment up to three years in duration, rather than only one-year contracts.

Applies multiyear contract authority to both teachers employed less than three consecutive school years and teachers employed more than three consecutive school years.

Specifies that acceptance of a multiyear contract does not prevent application of existing dismissal, performance evaluation, or other employment provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-538, 15-539, 15-540, 15-541, 15-544, or 15-549.

Teachers must accept offered contracts within fifteen business days of receipt or the offer is revoked.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language regarding notice procedures and teacher contract requirements.
