Adds new sentencing enhancement for any felony offense committed while impersonating a peace officer without lawful authority.

Increases presumptive, minimum, and maximum sentences by 3 years for class 4, 5, or 6 felonies committed with peace officer impersonation.

Increases presumptive, minimum, and maximum sentences by 5 years for class 2 or 3 felonies committed with peace officer impersonation.

Makes defendants convicted under this provision ineligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon, or early release except through specific statutory mechanisms.

Sentencing enhancement applies in addition to any other applicable sentence enhancements.
