Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-515 to define "electioneering" as express advocacy in support of or opposition to a candidate on the ballot, a ballot question, or a political party with candidates on the ballot.

Prohibits electioneering within the 75-foot limit around polling places while polls are open, except by authorized election officials and party representatives.

Explicitly permits voters to wear apparel items (shirts, hats, buttons) bearing the name, likeness, or designation of any candidate, ballot question, or political party that appears on the ballot.

Classifies violations of the 75-foot limit restrictions as class 2 misdemeanors.
