Amends section 32-103 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding qualifications for members of the Board of Technical Registration.

Adds the article "a" before "geologist" in the list of professional categories requiring five years of active professional experience.

Requires all professional board members to be at least 25 years old and have been Arizona residents for at least three years before appointment.

Specifies that architects, geologists, assayers, landscape architects, professional engineers, and land surveyors must have at least five years of active professional experience attested by registration under the chapter.
