The telephone line connects callers to the appropriate regional behavioral health authority crisis team to evaluate reports and take appropriate action.

Requires employers, supervisors, administrators, teachers, and professors to report disruptive behavior of employees or students to the toll-free number if they believe the behavior poses a danger to self or others.
