HB 2685 Summary

• Requires condominiums and planned communities with 50 or more units to post governing documents on the internet in a readily accessible manner to the public, including the declaration, financial statements, bylaws, and rules.

• Mandates posting of agendas and minutes from all open association and board meetings on the internet, with the exception that closed meeting minutes shall not be posted.

• Applies website posting requirements to both condominium associations under section 33-1248 and planned community associations under section 33-1804.

• Does not apply to timeshare plans or associations subject to Arizona's timeshare laws.
