Redirects 30% of unclaimed lottery prize money (after 180 days) from the court appointed special advocate fund to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to fund organ transplants.

Reduces the percentage of unclaimed lottery prizes held for future games from 70% to 40%, with the remaining 30% split equally between the court appointed special advocate fund and transplant funding.

Applies the same unclaimed lottery prize redistribution to both the state lottery (section 5-518) and any other lottery game (section 5-568).

Removes prior exclusions on certain nonexperimental transplants including pancreas, lung, hemopoetic cell allogenic unrelated, heart, and liver transplants to allow coverage funding through the redirected lottery monies.

Takes effect June 30, 2012 for lottery prize disposition changes.
