Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-864 regarding timing of motions and hearings in dependent children cases.

Corrects a cross-reference error by changing subsection E to subsection F in the permanent guardianship hearing deadline provision.

Maintains existing deadlines: permanency hearing per section 8-862(A), termination hearing per section 8-862(D)(2), and permanent guardianship hearing per section 8-862(F)(2).

Allows courts to order or permit filing of termination or permanent guardianship motions before the permanency hearing while preserving statutory timing requirements.
