Increases the threshold for itemized reporting of individual contributions from $25 to $100 in campaign finance reports.

Requires contributions of $100 or less to be aggregated rather than individually listed.

Applies to all individual contributors whose total contributions for an election exceed the $100 threshold.

Maintains existing reporting requirements for political committees, loans, rebates, and all other contribution categories.
