Adds "large capacity ammunition feeding device" to the definition of prohibited weapons, defined as a magazine, drum, feed strip or similar device with capacity for more than 10 rounds of ammunition (with exception for .22 caliber rimfire tubular devices).

Makes manufacturing, possessing, transporting, selling or transferring a large capacity ammunition feeding device a criminal offense classified as misconduct involving weapons under Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-3102.

Applies existing exemptions for prohibited weapons (such as those for museums, authorized dealers, and military/law enforcement) to large capacity ammunition feeding devices.

Updates statutory references throughout the weapons code to incorporate the new definition and classification of large capacity ammunition feeding devices as prohibited weapons.
