Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-403 regarding the form and contents of tax anticipation bonds.

Corrects grammatical error by changing "tax anticipations bonds" to "tax anticipation bonds" in subsection A.

Removes language specifying that bonds are payable "from the proceeds of ad valorem taxes levied upon taxable property or" and "or both" in subsection B(3).

Simplifies bond payment language to state bonds are payable "from the state's share of excise taxes" without reference to ad valorem tax proceeds.
