Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 23-351 regarding employer payment of wages and pay statement requirements.

Requires employers to provide employees with a statement of earnings, withholdings, and employer-paid taxes and benefits at the time wages are paid.

Makes violations of pay statement requirements a petty offense.

Maintains existing requirements that employers designate fixed paydays at least twice monthly and pay wages in lawful money, negotiable checks, or by direct deposit with employee consent.
