AZ HCR2012

Proposes an amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution regarding legislative bills.

Requires every act passed by the legislature to state the specific constitutional authority that allows the legislature to take the action proposed in that act.

Maintains existing requirement that every act embrace but one subject and matters properly connected therewith, which subject shall be expressed in the title.

Submission to voters scheduled for the next general election as provided by Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
