AZ HCR2014

Proposes an amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 4 of the Arizona Constitution regarding legislative membership qualifications.

Removes the exemption for "postmaster of the fourth class" from the list of offices that do not disqualify someone from serving in the legislature.

Retains existing exemptions for state militia appointments, notary public, justice of the peace, and United States commissioner positions.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval.
