Recognizes that pregnancy care centers provide free services including pregnancy tests, counseling, ultrasounds, childbirth classes, adoption referrals, and referrals to community health services.

Commends the work of volunteers and staff at pregnancy care centers and expresses legislative support for their mission.

Disapproves of actions by any groups attempting to prevent pregnancy care centers from serving women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.

Notes that pregnancy care centers operate primarily through voluntary donations and volunteer time.
