Honors Theodore Roosevelt Dam on the centennial of its March 18, 1911 dedication by President Theodore Roosevelt, the first major structure built by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Arizona and the world's tallest masonry dam at the time of completion.

Recognizes the dam as a keystone project resulting from the National Reclamation Act that enabled water and power operations for the Salt River Project, which has sustained commercial and residential development in central Arizona for over one hundred years.

Acknowledges the dam's role in forming the world's largest reservoir and in Arizona's transition from territory to statehood in 1912.

Recognizes the Salt River Project as a valued regional partner and encourages Arizona citizens to celebrate the anniversary and honor those who contributed to the dam's construction, maintenance, and operation.
