Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-246 to correct the definition of "game and fish facility" to use singular form instead of plural.

Allows the Arizona Game and Fish Commission to enter into ground leases for land where game and fish facilities will be built, renovated, or improved, with joint legislative budget committee approval.

Permits the commission to enter installment purchase agreements for acquiring game and fish facilities.

Allows the commission to designate game and fish facilities as personal property despite permanent attachment to land.
