Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-544 regarding termination of parent-child relationships by judicial decree in another state.

Changes "When" to "IF" at the beginning of the statute for grammatical clarity.

Changes "such decree shall have" to "the decree has" to update the language to present tense and improve clarity.

Provides that parental termination decrees from other states have the same force and effect in Arizona as decrees granted by Arizona courts.
