Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-407 to modify the offense of failing to disburse court fines or forfeitures.

A presiding officer of a municipal court who knowingly receives a fine or forfeiture and knowingly fails, refuses, or neglects to pay or disburse it within 30 days is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

Changes the statute language from "or refuses or neglects" to "fails, refuses or neglects" to clarify the conduct that constitutes the offense.

Removes a comma after "neglects to pay or disburse it according to law within thirty days after receipt thereof" for technical correction purposes.
