Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-544 to make a technical correction regarding termination decrees of parent-child relationships from other states.

Changes "When" to "If" at the beginning of the statute for grammatical accuracy.

Changes "such decree shall have" to "the decree has" to update the language to modern tense and usage.

Maintains that judicial decrees terminating parent-child relationships from other states have the same force and effect in Arizona as if granted by an Arizona court.
