Amends section 8-864 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding timing of motions and hearings for dependent children.

Permits courts to order or allow filing of termination or permanent guardianship motions before the permanency hearing, and to consolidate or reorder hearings.

Requires the permanency hearing be held no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection A.

Requires the termination hearing be held no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection D, paragraph 2.

Corrects a cross-reference error by changing references from section 8-862, subsection E to subsection F, paragraph 2 for permanent guardianship hearing timing requirements.
