Requires Arizona Game and Fish Department employees and volunteers who have contact with children or vulnerable adults to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to section 41-1758.07.

Requires Arizona Game and Fish Department employees and volunteers authorized to handle firearms at public shooting ranges owned or managed by the commission to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card.

Requires affected employees and volunteers to certify on notarized forms whether they are awaiting trial on or have been convicted of criminal offenses listed in section 41-1758.07, subsections B and C in Arizona or similar offenses in another state or jurisdiction.

Mandates that the Arizona Game and Fish Department pay all fees established by the director of the Department of Public Safety for state and federal fingerprint processing costs for employees and volunteers required to possess a fingerprint clearance card.

Adds section 17-215 to the list of statutes requiring fingerprint background checks in sections 41-619.51 and 41-1758.01, Arizona Revised Statutes.
