Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-2158 regarding vehicle registration cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Removes the requirement that registration cards display the owner's name and address on the face of the card.

Requires registration cards to contain the issuance date, registration number, vehicle description including serial number, and registration fees paid.

Registration cards must be carried at all times in the driver's compartment and remain subject to inspection by the director, highway patrol, or any peace officer.
