Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 21-202 to allow temporary excusal from jury duty for prospective jurors attending postsecondary education institutions in another jurisdiction.

Adds attendance at a postsecondary education institution outside the state as a grounds for good cause excusal, along with existing reasons such as being temporarily absent from jurisdiction or lacking transportation.

Maintains existing excusal provisions for those with medical conditions, language barriers, financial hardship, peace officers, and persons age 75 or older.

Clarifies that temporary excusals expire and persons become eligible for jury service again unless permanently excused.
