Authorizes the board to grant, deny, suspend, or revoke approval of assisted living facility training programs and impose civil penalties for violations.

Adds fees that the board may collect for reviewing initial applications and annual renewals of assisted living facility training programs.

Clarifies that training programs approved by the board for assisted living facility managers and caregivers are exempt from private vocational program licensing requirements.

Changes the requirement that assisted living facility manager training be approved by the department to requiring approval by the board instead.
