Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-2820 regarding discharge from the Department of Juvenile Corrections.

Requires discharge of youth from juvenile corrections if both conditions are met: the youth has completed the minimum length of stay in secure care assigned by the committing court, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued a detainer demanding custody for immigration proceedings.

Preserves existing discharge provisions for youth at age 18, those completing successful rehabilitation, those convicted of felonies, and those placed under civil commitment or adult supervision.
