Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 34-255 regarding penalties for persons convicted of violating section 34-252.

Prohibits persons convicted of violating section 34-252 from entering into contracts with governmental agencies (directly or indirectly as subcontractors) for up to three years from the date of conviction.

Authorizes courts to prescribe that convicted persons not be employed by corporations as officers, directors, employees, or agents if the corporation engages in public work contracts with governmental agencies for up to three years from conviction.

Makes technical corrections to language in section 34-255(B), including correcting a spelling error and clarifying court authority regarding employment restrictions.
