Updates attendance officer enforcement authority to reflect the new age range of six to eighteen years old for employment law violations and school attendance violations.

Adds new exemption allowing children who have obtained a high school diploma, general equivalency diploma, or graduated from a home school program to be excused from attendance requirements.

Maintains existing penalties for parents or guardians who fail to ensure school attendance or file required affidavits for private and home school instruction.
