Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-426 regarding school board member oaths of office.

Requires governing board members to subscribe to the oath of office and forward it to the county school superintendent on the same day.

Beginning in 2012, authorizes the county school superintendent to declare a school board office vacant if the elected or appointed member fails to subscribe to the oath of office on or before January 1 following their election or appointment.

Specifies that if an office is declared vacant under this provision, the county school superintendent shall fill the vacancy as provided in Section 15-302.
