Entitles surviving spouses and dependents of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty to receive employer-paid health insurance premium payments.

Employer payments apply to health insurance coverage through either the employer's plan or the state retirement system plan from which the surviving spouse or dependent receives benefits.

Premium payments equal the out-of-pocket amount the surviving spouse or dependent would pay and cease upon remarriage, Medicare eligibility, death, or when a dependent child no longer qualifies as a dependent.

Defines "law enforcement officer" as certified peace officers, detention/corrections officers, or probation/surveillance officers employed by the state or political subdivisions of Arizona.
