Waives penalties prescribed by section 41-1279.07, subsections G and H, Arizona Revised Statutes, for the town of Pima's excess expenditures of local revenues in fiscal year 2006-2007.

Repeals Laws 2009, chapter 59, section 2, effective retroactively from and after June 30, 2009.

Waives penalties for the city of Safford's excess expenditures of local revenues in fiscal years 2001-2002 and 2006-2007, except the city must pay a $20,000 penalty in fiscal year 2010-2011.
