Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-364 to allow counties, cities, and towns to enter into agreements for construction and maintenance of parks and recreational facilities on school properties.

Permits counties to expend public monies and cooperate with other counties, cities, towns, and school districts for recreational facility development on school properties with consent of governing authorities.

Allows counties with a population of 200,000 or more, as well as cities and towns, to use bond issue proceeds for recreational facility purposes under this section.
