AZ SB1101

Prohibits picketing or disruptive protest activities within 300 feet of residences, cemeteries, funeral homes, churches, synagogues, or other establishments during funeral or burial services, or within one hour before or one hour after such services.

Applies the prohibition to both individuals engaging in protests and associations or corporations that cause such protests to occur.

Defines "other protest activities" as any action that is disruptive or undertaken to disrupt or disturb a funeral or burial service.

Violation constitutes a class 1 misdemeanor.

Takes effect immediately as an emergency measure.
