Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 21-122 regarding jury expenses for food, lodging, and necessities.

Removes language requiring the county to bear the expense of jury provisions while jury is kept together during trial or deliberation.

Maintains requirement that the court provide suitable and sufficient food, lodging, and other reasonable necessities for sequestered juries.

Preserves existing rule that expenses are a county charge in criminal cases and assessed against the losing party in civil cases.
