Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-108 relating to the department of agriculture administrative support fund.

Removes reference to section 3-554, subsection A from the list of statutes whose collected monies are deposited into the administrative support fund.

Retains provisions allowing monies collected under sections 3-588, 3-1084, 3-468.03, and 3-526.03 to be deposited in the administrative support fund or citrus, fruit and vegetable revolving fund according to interagency agreement terms.

Maintains that monies in the administrative support fund are continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing of appropriations under section 35-190.
