Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-3204 regarding notice demands for decedent's estates.

Changes reference from "provision" to "section" in the statute text regarding the requirement of notice arising from a demand.

Allows any person with a financial or property interest in a decedent's estate to file a demand for notice of orders or filings with the court.

Notice requirements can be waived in writing by the demandant and automatically cease when the demandant's interest in the estate terminates.
