Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-802 regarding school attendance and pupil residency requirements.

Requires school districts and charter schools to maintain verifiable documentation of in-state residency for students who enroll, in accordance with guidelines adopted by the Department of Education.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including replacing "which" with "that" in multiple locations and correcting verb agreement from "are" to "is".

Applies residency documentation requirements to public, private, and charter schools for all pupils enrolling in those institutions.
