Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-538 to correct grammatical and technical errors in the county attorney victim compensation fund statute.

Changes "applies" to "apply" in subsection B to match the plural subject "rules of the Arizona criminal justice commission."

Changes "submit" to "report" in subsection C regarding the county attorney's annual requirement to inform the board of supervisors about fund balance and projected revenues.

Preserves existing provisions allowing counties to establish victim compensation funds from distributed monies to assist crime victims with medical, counseling, funeral expenses, and lost wages.

Maintains that unexpended monies in the fund do not revert to the county general fund at fiscal year end.
