Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3701 regarding unlawful use of food stamps.

Removes reference to "state" before "department of economic security" in the statute's description of unauthorized food stamp use.

Clarifies that "food stamps" includes both food stamp coupons and electronically transferred food stamp program benefits.

Maintains existing criminal penalties: class 1 misdemeanor for fraudulent food stamp use valued at $100 or less, class 6 felony for amounts over $100, and class 5 felony for counterfeiting or theft by public employees.
