Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-959.01 to add an exemption for safety monitoring equipment and driver feedback devices mounted on motor vehicles.

Permits safety monitoring equipment to be mounted immediately behind, slightly above or slightly below the rearview mirror, or where a rearview mirror would be positioned if the vehicle lacks a windshield-mounted rearview mirror.

Equipment mounted in these specified locations is exempted from windshield obstruction prohibitions that otherwise prevent objects or materials from obstructing a driver's clear view.

Maintains all other existing restrictions on window materials, tinting, and objects that obstruct driver visibility through windshields and side or rear windows.
