Authorizes cities and towns that have established an auditor office to allow the auditor or authorized representative to examine executive session minutes of city/town councils and other public bodies during official duties.

Exempts city or town auditor working papers and audit files from public records disclosure requirements under Arizona Revised Statutes title 39, chapter 1.

Requires that any audit reports prepared for or presented to a city or town by the auditor, authorized representative, or consultant remain public records subject to disclosure under title 39, chapter 1.
