Amends section 8-864 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding timing of motions and hearings for dependent children.

Allows courts to order or permit filing of motions for termination or permanent guardianship before the permanency hearing, provided the permanency hearing occurs no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection A.

Requires the termination hearing to be held no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection D, paragraph 2.

Requires the permanent guardianship hearing to be held no later than the time prescribed in section 8-862, subsection F, paragraph 2 (corrects reference from subsection E to subsection F).

Permits consolidation of hearings or different ordering of hearings while maintaining statutory timing requirements.
