Amends continuing education requirements for state licensed and certified appraisers to clarify that suspended licenses (not revoked) resulting from disciplinary action require completion of continuing education for reinstatement, except when the applicant must pass the appraiser examination as a condition of reinstatement.

Grants the state board of appraisal jurisdiction to investigate and initiate disciplinary proceedings against license or certificate holders within 24 months after expiration, lapse, suspension, or voluntary surrender of a license or certificate.

Requires appraisers' work files to document compliance with uniform standards of professional appraisal practice and clarifies that work files must support the appraiser's analyses, opinions and conclusions.

Makes grammatical corrections throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" in multiple sections for consistency.
