Amends domestic relations education program requirements to mandate that educational programs include instruction on emotional, psychological, financial and physical effects of divorce; alternatives to divorce; marriage strengthening resources; the legal divorce process and mediation options; and post-divorce resources, effective January 1, 2013.

Modifies conciliation court orders to remain effective for the duration of the stay period under section 25-381.18 rather than a fixed sixty-day period, unless parties mutually consent to continuation.

Establishes a sixty-day stay on filing annulment, dissolution of marriage, or legal separation actions after a conciliation petition is filed, with the ability to extend the stay up to an additional one hundred twenty days if either party demonstrates good cause and files a petition with a reconciliation plan or counseling schedule.

Requires the court to deny any extension if the other party objects with good cause, and allows either spouse to proceed with a divorce action after the stay period expires.
