Amends Arizona drug laws to add synthetic cannabinoids to the list of dangerous drugs, including JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-019, JWH-398, JWH-200, JWH-250, JWH-015, HU-210, and CP-47,497 with their isomers.

Modifies section 13-3401 (definitions) to include the newly listed synthetic cannabinoids as hallucinogenic dangerous drugs.

Modifies section 36-2512 to include the same synthetic cannabinoids in Schedule I controlled substances alongside other hallucinogenic substances.

Makes technical grammatical corrections to Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-3401 and 36-2512.

Takes effect immediately as an emergency measure to protect public health and safety.
