• Permits public body members to respond to criticism, request staff review, or place matters on future agendas after the open call concludes, but prohibits discussion or legal action on matters raised unless properly noticed.

• Requires cities and towns with populations exceeding 2,500 persons to post meeting information online within specified timeframes and maintain postings for at least one year.

• Establishes that all public body meetings must be open to the public, with written minutes or recordings required for all meetings including executive sessions.
