Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-5029 to expand the definition of "community college district" to include provisional community college districts established pursuant to section 15-1409.

Updates the distribution of transaction privilege tax and severance tax revenues to apply to provisional community college districts in addition to traditional community college districts.

Makes provisional community college districts eligible to receive monies from the workforce development account and other education funding sources distributed under the tax revenue sharing provisions.

Clarifies that provisional community college districts have the same standing as established community college districts for purposes of receiving state shared revenues unless the law specifically provides otherwise.
