Amends unfair discrimination provisions in Section 20-448 to add new subsection I protecting individuals engaged in motorcycling from health care coverage denial.

Amends unfair claims settlement practices in Section 20-461 to prohibit denial of medical benefits under health care coverage based solely on an individual's casual or nonprofessional motorcycling participation.

Makes clarifying grammatical changes throughout the statute by replacing "which" with "that" in multiple provisions.
